i ve gone for friday.

I ve sent some messages out on xbox to members of GLR to see if they are interrested

Pull all the rear aero off the tune I sent. It isn't need and I gained about 25 seconds on a 30 minute run. I have set up a practice setup for 30 timed minute runs. I get an extra mile (43) in those 30 minutes with the aero all the way off.

I can run any of the first 3 stints but have to leave and won't be able to run the fourth which means we need someone else to run that section (8-10 GMT which is 3-5 EST and I have to be done by 4 EST)

Is that my adjusted build or your original build m8?

Nice video Nelly! I like the inset. Recommend you stay out of 5th on any uphill sections. You will notice that your car is slowing down (124->122) despite full throttle on the climb after Lauda's corner (about 50% around the track the slow climb with the bends just a turn or two before the carousel). Stay in fourth all the way up. You will be over the red line but will carry more speed (126 or so) and won't hit the rev limiter.

Right so as it stands.

Viper 1st stint.
Nelly 2nd stint.
Corsa 3rd stint.
Nelly 4th stint (TBC)

If we don't get someone to run 4th stint I'll have to see if I can do it.

Which tune are we using then i have two of them ?

It's the one from me. Just go into the tuning setup and adjust the rear downforce.

Yes the first one I sent had too much HP so Nelly adjusted it in the second. Now take his and remove the down force from the rear. It is a hand full like that in full power mode, but once you run it with the 30% power restrictor it works quite well.

Oh and I will probably go next Friday for my qualifying as the other times aren't really doable for me.

My fastest is 8:44.482 (not dirty)

Is that with the 30% power restriction? If so that is very fast.

I suppose a 8.44 is possible but not from me Best I've done so far is a 9.09.

Some other sp3 guys are running 8.35's

Good Nelly! Good luck tonight on your run. My best is 9:03 (and that is trimming every bit off the rumbles I can and barely touching the brakes running on the ragged edge for me) but most are in the 9:05 range. I have a couple Hyundai's to go against Friday and I know that car... it handles well but is a dog for top end so hopefully I can beat someone on Friday.

Unfortunately these guys (TORA) did nothing to try to balance the car performance in class. The Honda's are going to rip everything else apart. Just looking at PI does very little to say how competitive two cars will be unfortunately. None the less I like the Ring and we will give it a go.

Are you going to be okay running the first stint for the race as that's 2 pm my time so I'm guessing that's 8 am for you?
